Our journey began with research, drivetrain learning and a deep focus on building stronger, more dependable electric mobility platforms. Over the years, this evolved into the development of Saffire Smart Ride and Saffire Swiss Cargo — created to support passenger mobility, cargo movement and commercial operations with a practical, reliability-first approach.
Our Story
The Saffire EV journey started around 2023 with research into differential systems, gear mechanisms and electric vehicle drivetrain behavior. What began as a technical exploration became a deeper mission — to develop electric vehicles that are strong, practical and ready for real-world commercial use.
Over the next three years, the team focused on research, development, testing, refinement and vehicle platform development. This journey led to the creation of Saffire’s electric three-wheeler platforms for passenger and cargo use.
